1. Send your order number to info@kathrinkidger.co.za

  Please include the following information:

• Date of wedding
• Colour brief

2. Kathrin Kidger Designs will then send the following

• Fabric options once colour brief has been received.
• Measurement’s form and how to measure to ensure fit.
• Please ensure this form is sent back via mail to info@kathrinkidger.com

3. Production:

• Once fabric has been signed off by client & measurements have been sent
• Production varies from 4-6 weeks
• Items will be dispatched to address provided

CAN I CHOOSE MY OWN COLOUR?

Kathrin Kidger Designs has a variety of colours you may choose from you will not be limited to colour choice.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Unfortunately, there is a no return policy as bridesmaid dresses are made up upon order.

CAN WE VIEW THE DRESSES?

If you are based in Durban, yes absolutely you can.

HOW LONG DO ORDERS TAKE?

All Bespoke Bridal items are made to order.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for production.

Should you require the dresses in a shorter time frame, please pop a mail through to info@kathrinkidger.com to see if this can be accommodated.
